You must be at least 21 years of age and a verified resident of Indonesia to open and operate a raya99 account. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances.
Each individual may hold only one active raya99 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, or payment method — will be merged or suspended, and any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.
All financial transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). raya99 supports deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. Unless otherwise specified, a standard rollover of 10× the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds are played before real-money funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your raya99 login credentials. raya99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your legal responsibility until you formally notify raya99 of unauthorized access.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage abuse, and any form of bonus fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

Membership of the raya99 platform is limited to one Account per person. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. raya99 reserves the right to suspend any Account where the registered information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You may hold only one active Account at any time. If raya99 identifies multiple Accounts linked to the same individual — through matching name, national identity number, date of birth, IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method — all associated Accounts may be suspended and any Balances or pending withdrawals may be voided without prior notice.
Your username and password are personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. raya99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an Account where the Member has failed to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify raya99 immediately via the support email at [email protected].
raya99 takes the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account, withhold any Balance pending investigation, and — where the Member is confirmed to be a minor — void all wagers, return any net deposits to the verified payment source, and permanently close the Account.
raya99 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and when cumulative deposits exceed defined thresholds. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following:
KYC document review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission during standard WIB business hours. raya99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or altered documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without notice. Members with verified VIP status may be eligible for elevated deposit and withdrawal limits — contact support for details.
Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday) are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes for bank transfers and within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet channels. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the next available processing window. raya99 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. raya99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered Account holder, or payment methods not previously used to fund the Account.
raya99 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer charges, which are outside raya99's control. Members are encouraged to check their provider's current fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 (or the remaining Balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant Accounts. Members may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
raya99 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
All sports bets placed on raya99 — including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian Handicap lines, Over/Under totals, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) tickets — are subject to the raya99 Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of sports betting matters.
Live casino games streamed via Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play are governed by the respective studio's game rules as displayed within the game interface. raya99 accepts no liability for decisions made by live dealers that are consistent with the studio's published game rules, even if such decisions result in a loss for the Member.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours from its scheduled start time, or declared void by the relevant governing body (including FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 organizing committee, or the Piala AFF secretariat), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account Balance within 24 hours.
raya99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as the result of a manifest error (a "palpable error"), including incorrect odds due to a data feed failure, human input error, or system malfunction. raya99 will notify affected Members and refund voided stakes within 48 hours of identifying a palpable error.
Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all product verticals. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. raya99 reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits for specific markets, events, or Member accounts where there is evidence of systematic advantage play or exploitation of pricing errors.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the raya99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in legal action:

Where raya99's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
raya99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, any suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity, or for any other reason that raya99 determines — in its sole discretion — constitutes grounds for termination. Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of Terms, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, provided that KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled. Accounts cannot be closed while a self-exclusion period is in progress.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which raya99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction. raya99 makes no representation that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction other than as set out in Clause 2 (Eligibility).

Where a material change is made, raya99 will endeavour to notify Members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
